Great place, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, property nicely maintained, good breakfast with friendly staff as well as staff in the restaurant/lounge - good choices on the menu. Would stay here again if I am in the area.
The front desk staff was admirable, kind and accommodating. They organized and executed repairs in my room with efficiency. There was a huge noise problem in the hotel Friday night, as a large student touring group comped in the halls. breakfast saturday morning was highly disorganized , due to this large group.
housekeeping did NOT always clean and scrub the bathroom sink and faucets and mirror completely.
A friendly place with microwave and fridge in every room. There are a few kitchenette suites available too. It's a good value. I stay at Regency House pretty often when I'm in the area to work at a client. The restaurant isn't great, but I can recommend the French onion soup. Could use a little renovation, but it's clean and well maintained.
The food service was pretty good and the whole placed looked great! The food itself was decent, I especially liked the curly fries we all got. The only thing was that our event was overcrowded but that was our fault. Nevertheless, the staff did an excellent job.
Great staff, very friendly and kind and the girl gave me the first floor which was great since I had two small children with me. As for beds being comfortable I didn't find them that great. Rooms are very nice and decor is great.
