Never again!

Owner is rude, nasty, just miserable... called me six times in one week to pick up a bike that was tuned up... wouldn’t let me speak, kept interrupting me on the phone... Got there and there was ONE other bicycle in his space... told me over and over how full the place was... I cannot stand him and will never go back... Do yourself a favor and go to Bicycle Tech, they are gentlemen..

I went in for some help assembling my bikes rear brake. He was completely rude to me even before knowing what I even came for. Nobody was in the store and he was playing on his phone as I walked in. A simple no I very busy would've been great for me like okay I'll come back tomorrow but it's the way he said it and treated me. " no I'm in holiday mode" . I actually was dumbfounded by the way he treated a paying customer and left feeling like what the heck? I suggest skipping this store all together and driving a bit more down 23 to bicycle tech in Lincoln park where I was treated and taken care of professionally.

This guy is a moron. Rude, nasty, totally unprofessional. Do yourself a favor, drive a little farther to Bicycle Tech, where your treated as a valuable customer, and skip this jerk altogether.

I don't write reviews but I'm fed up with this guy. I have gone to this bicycle shop sporadically over the years because it's so close to my home. Each time I've gone I think to myself that the owner who runs it is just having a bad day. But no! He's consistently nasty-it doesn't matter what day of the week, time of day, season etc. It's just who he is! I don't recommend this shop just for that. Do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with this guy, even if you have to drive a little further. He's in the wrong business. He should be selling online where he doesn't have interaction with human beings. It's a competitive market-thank goodness there are other bike shops where people are actually happy to help you!

I have been going the this store for 3 years now and have always had an excellent experience. Great selection of mountain bikes and all the accessories you need. I purchased 2 bikes and a rack along with lights helmets etc. Plus the owner allows you to ride/test bikes. Great Place !
